Payments Policy

At Little Ryderz, we offer safe and convenient payment options for our customers across India.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
Debit Cards & Credit Cards
Net Banking
Wallets (as supported by the payment gateway)
Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders
Available options may vary based on location and order value.

2. Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways.
Little Ryderz does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
Payment information is encrypted and handled directly by the gateway provider.

3. Prepaid Order

Prepaid orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
Any amount debited due to a failed transaction is usually refunded by the bank/payment provider within 3–7 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes and products only.
COD orders may require phone or OTP verification before shipping.
Little Ryderz reserves the right to cancel COD orders that fail verification.

5. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
If you do not receive confirmation but the amount is debited, please contact us with transaction details.

6. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

7. Failed or Suspicious Transactions

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
Additional verification may be requested for high-value orders.
